I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 15 years, and I'm 37. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Tamil Nadu, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. Thanks for being kind about this.

thinking of you, Rima. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. All the best.

      • looking forward to the next update. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. Take care

        • Thinking of you and your family. Small businesses are the heart of Chennai. Hope you're open again soon. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.

          • Good luck, Rima. Your post was clear and honest. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust.
