I have worked as a retail manager for 11 years, and I'm 48. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Oromia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Small businesses are the heart of Adama. Hope you're open again soon. My husband and I read this together. Blessings.
good luck, Lemma. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Yonkers.
Thanks for sharing this, Lemma. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. We're a small family in Jakarta but we're thinking of you
Hang in there. Hope the shop reopens soon. Take care.
