Looking for a project management mentor: Kalpana's career change at 42
Seeking an experienced project management professional for guidance on the transition from security guard.

I have worked as a security guard for 17 years, and I'm 42. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Bagmati, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
