Looking for a project management mentor: Jürgen's career change at 33
Seeking an experienced project management professional for guidance on the transition from hospitality worker.

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 16 years, and I'm 33. After a health scare, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Bavaria, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
