Looking for a project management mentor: Jadwiga's career change at 40
Seeking an experienced project management professional for guidance on the transition from call-centre agent.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 17 years, and I'm 40. After being laid off, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Masovia, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
