I have worked as a security guard for 13 years, and I'm 42. After a health scare, I decided to move into project management, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
