Looking for a nursing mentor: Walter's career change at 55
Seeking an experienced nursing professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.

I have worked as a retail manager for 18 years, and I'm 55. After being laid off, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Texas, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
