Looking for a nursing mentor: Óscar's career change at 40
Óscar, a factory operator, is retraining for nursing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 13 years, and I'm 40. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Ciudad de México, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Glad we found this place.

I hope things turn around soon. Don't give up. Thinking of Coyoacán.
So sorry you're going through this, Óscar. This could happen to any of us. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Love from León!
