Looking for a nursing mentor: Nicolae's career change at 42
Seeking an experienced nursing professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.

I have worked as a retail manager for 9 years, and I'm 42. After my children starting school, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Cluj, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
