Seeking an experienced nursing professional for guidance on the transition from hospitality worker.

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 8 years, and I'm 41. After a health scare, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Florida, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
