Looking for a nursing mentor: Mahesh's career change at 46
Mahesh, a call-centre agent, is retraining for nursing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 17 years, and I'm 46. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Karnataka, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
