Seeking an experienced nursing professional for guidance on the transition from hospitality worker.

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 12 years, and I'm 41. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Tokyo, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
