Looking for a nursing mentor: Amir's career change at 55
Amir, a factory operator, is retraining for nursing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a factory operator for 9 years, and I'm 55. After my children starting school, I decided to move into nursing, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Cairo, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Sending good thoughts, Amir. I hope things turn around soon. God bless.
Hope the shop reopens soon. My neighbor had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
best of luck. I hope things turn around soon. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. All the best.
You're not alone. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. God bless
