I'm Julian, a recent graduate in Erie. I've applied for 38 jobs in nursing and finally got an interview in 3 weeks. I don't know anyone who works in this field, and my confidence has taken a knock. What would help: an hour on a video call where you ask me the questions you would ask, tell me honestly where I went wrong, and look at my CV.
