I have worked as a farmer for 14 years, and I'm 45. After my children starting school, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in West Bengal, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
