I have worked as a taxi driver for 11 years, and I'm 47. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Mwanza, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
