Looking for a healthcare administration mentor: Márcio's career change at 30
Márcio, a security guard, is retraining for healthcare administration and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a security guard for 16 years, and I'm 30. After being laid off, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Ceará, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending strength. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 7 years ago and strangers helped me out. God bless.
Sending good thoughts, Márcio. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. Greetings from Mumbai.
Thanks for sharing this, Márcio. Hope the shop reopens soon. Wish I lived closer to Cairns so I could bring a meal. Blessings.
Sending strength, Márcio. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Put this on a community board in Wiesbaden this morning. Take care.
Wishing you the best. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Greetings from Caloocan.
