Looking for a healthcare administration mentor: Luca's career change at 55
Luca, a warehouse supervisor, is retraining for healthcare administration and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 15 years, and I'm 55. After a health scare, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in California, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
