Looking for a healthcare administration mentor: Kinsley's career change at 37
Kinsley, a warehouse supervisor, is retraining for healthcare administration and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over four months.

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 13 years, and I'm 37. After the factory closing, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Kentucky, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
- effort
- 45 minutes a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- industry experience, patience, honest feedback

Small businesses are the heart of Bowling Green. Hope you're open again soon. My cousin had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care.
