Looking for a healthcare administration mentor: Farah's career change at 53
Seeking an experienced healthcare administration professional for guidance on the transition from call-centre agent.

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 13 years, and I'm 53. After my children starting school, I decided to move into healthcare administration, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Punjab, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
