Looking for a digital marketing mentor: Vinícius's career change at 26
Vinícius, a security guard, is retraining for digital marketing and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a security guard for 14 years, and I'm 26. After being laid off, I decided to move into digital marketing, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Rio de Janeiro, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.
- effort
- 45 minutes a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- industry experience, patience, honest feedback

Sending love, Vinícius. It takes guts to ask. Well done.
