I have worked as a factory operator for 6 years, and I'm 47. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into digital marketing, and I have completed a bootcamp. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

  • Hang in there, Marina. Hope you get there. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry.

    • Thinking of you. Hope you make a strong comeback. After 16 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Zaporizhzhia.

      • Stay strong, Marina. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. God bless.

        • So sorry you're going through this, Marina. Hope this works out for you. Take care

          • Sending strength. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double.
