Looking for a data analysis mentor: Vikas's career change at 35
Vikas, a security guard, is retraining for data analysis and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over six months.

I have worked as a security guard for 16 years, and I'm 35. After the factory closing, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in West Bengal, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
