Looking for a data analysis mentor: Usman's career change at 31

I have worked as a call-centre agent for 18 years, and I'm 31. After being laid off, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Punjab, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
