Looking for a data analysis mentor: Serena's career change at 35

I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 18 years, and I'm 35. After a health scare, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Emilia-Romagna, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
