Looking for a data analysis mentor: Russell's career change at 41
Russell, a hospitality worker, is retraining for data analysis and is looking for a mentor for monthly calls over three months.

I have worked as a hospitality worker for 16 years, and I'm 41. After my children starting school, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in England, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out.
Hang in there. I hope things turn around soon. Blessings!

Thanks for sharing this. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
Wishing you peace. This could happen to any of us. Greetings from Kathmandu.
You're not alone. It takes guts to ask. Well done. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Thinking of London
