Seeking an experienced data analysis professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.

I have worked as a retail manager for 11 years, and I'm 49. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into data analysis, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Kerala, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
