I have worked as a call-centre agent for 14 years, and I'm 48. After the factory closing, I decided to move into cybersecurity, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Delhi, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
