Looking for a cybersecurity mentor: Pablo's career change at 29
Seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional for guidance on the transition from warehouse supervisor.
🇺🇸 United States720 views
I have worked as a warehouse supervisor for 17 years, and I'm 29. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into cybersecurity, and I have completed a part-time diploma.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Texas, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for six months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
