Looking for a cybersecurity mentor: Mona's career change at 44
Seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional for guidance on the transition from security guard.
🇫🇷 France36 views
I have worked as a security guard for 14 years, and I'm 44. After the factory closing, I decided to move into cybersecurity, and I have completed a bootcamp.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Thanks for being kind about this.
