Looking for a cybersecurity mentor: Lavanya's career change at 51
Seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional for guidance on the transition from factory operator.

I have worked as a factory operator for 7 years, and I'm 51. After being laid off, I decided to move into cybersecurity, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
