I have worked as a factory operator for 14 years, and I'm 55. After the factory closing, I decided to move into cybersecurity, and I have completed an online certificate. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my capstone project, a realistic view of the job market in Maharashtra, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
