Looking for a cloud engineering mentor: Suresh's career change at 38
Seeking an experienced cloud engineering professional for guidance on the transition from retail manager.

I have worked as a retail manager for 13 years, and I'm 38. After the factory closing, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my interview answers, a realistic view of the job market in Ohio, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
