Looking for a cloud engineering mentor: Nur's career change at 36
Seeking an experienced cloud engineering professional for guidance on the transition from taxi driver.
🇮🇩 IndonesiaPosted Oct 1, 2026570 views
I have worked as a taxi driver for 6 years, and I'm 36. After years of wanting more, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed an online certificate.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Yogyakarta, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
