Looking for a cloud engineering mentor: Nandini's career change at 32
A mentor in cloud engineering could help Nandini with a portfolio, interviews and first-job strategy.

I have worked as a retail manager for 8 years, and I'm 32. After being laid off, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed a self-study course with a project portfolio.
What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my CV and LinkedIn profile, a realistic view of the job market in Karnataka, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming.
I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for four months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time.
All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled.
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.
