I have worked as a call-centre agent for 10 years, and I'm 27. After my children starting school, I decided to move into cloud engineering, and I have completed a part-time diploma. What I'm missing is someone who has walked this path: feedback on my resume and portfolio, a realistic view of the job market in Ciudad de México, and a sounding board when things feel overwhelming. I'm hoping for one 45-minute video call a month for three months, plus the occasional email question. I'll bring specific questions and I won't waste your time. All I can offer back is my thanks, and I'll mentor someone else once I'm settled. Whatever you can give, even just sharing this page, means a lot.

  • Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 11 years in logistics I know how hard it's to ask for anything. All the best.
