Lin needs a freezer and scales to reopen a fish stall
Lin has run a fish stall for four years; the demolition of the market destroyed the equipment, and $2,850 will put it back on its feet.

For four years I have run a fish stall in Riverside. In August, the demolition of the market took a freezer and scales. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Sunday, and I employed 2 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $2,850 goes:
• Replacing a freezer and scales: $1,200
• Initial stock: the first catch: $560
• Shop repairs and licensing: $690
• Working capital for the first month: $400
Every share and every dollar helps.
