Lily is opening a language school and needs a mentor who has done it
A short monthly mentoring call on pricing, suppliers and bookkeeping would help a first-time founder.

I'm launching a language school in San Diego next March. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a language school, willing to have a monthly call for the first three months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Wishing you peace, Lily. Small businesses are the heart of San Diego. Hope you're open again soon. I hope April is when things finally get easier. All the best.
Gave what I could, wish it was more. We're a small family in Surakarta but we're thinking of you.
