Liberty Primary School needs a skate park - Mahmoud's neighborhood project
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a skate park - we need $2,950 for materials.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a skate park. This year a group of 14 volunteers, including local mothers, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Liberty Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $2,950.
It will serve about 246 people, including school children and their families. We'll hold a build day in August and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.

• Safety equipment and signage: $110
• Tools hire and delivery: $380
