Let's build a rainwater harvesting system together in Kisumu
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $550 for materials.

For ten years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Harmony Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated paint, and the remaining cost is $550.
It will serve about 539 people, including young people who have nowhere safe to play. We'll hold a build day in June and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $550 goes:
• Materials: $320
• Permits and inspections: $50
• Safety equipment and signage: $70
• Tools hire and delivery: $110
