Let's build a rainwater harvesting system together in Kikuyu
We have the land, the volunteers and the plan for a rainwater harvesting system - we need $350 for materials.

For three years the neighborhood has asked for a rainwater harvesting system. This year a group of 23 volunteers, including the parish youth group, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for Jacaranda Primary School, but no funding.
We have received donated tools, and the remaining cost is $350.
It will serve about 523 people, including local farmers and market traders. We'll hold a build day in September and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
Funds are spent only on materials, permits and safety equipment; all labor is volunteered.
Where the $350 goes:
• Tools hire and delivery: $95
• Permits and inspections: $35
• Materials: $220
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Quick update: $233 raised so far (67%). the first invoice got paid this week. Receipts coming as soon as I have them.
