No advice needed - just a kind ear and some conversation for 30 minutes a week.

After a serious car accident, I have been mostly housebound for 12 weeks. My family live far away, and the days can feel very long. I'm not looking for therapy - I've that covered - but for conversation. I'm hoping for someone who can call for about 30 minutes once a week whenever suits us both. I like history, chess and quiz shows, and can listen to anything. This can be from anywhere in the world as long as you speak English. We can arrange the calls through the platform, with email shared only when we're both comfortable. Thanks for even thinking about it. If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

  • Good luck, Leni. I hope things turn around soon. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Blessings

    • wishing you peace. I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Ikeja so I could bring a meal. All the best.
