I'm launching a farm stall in São Paulo next November. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a farm stall, willing to have a monthly call for the first four months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
- effort
- 1 hour a month
- format
- Online or by phone
- skills
- small business experience, bookkeeping, pricing

Good luck, Leandro. Hope you make a strong comeback. Greetings from Siliguri.
Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Thinking of São Paulo

sending love. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Take care.
Hope it all works out. Shared this with my family. After 10 years in nursing I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Blessings
Best of luck, Leandro. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes.
