Laptop needed for coursework: Yared, Jimma
Yared is studying law on a phone; a used laptop would let Yared do assignments properly.

I'm Yared, a law student in Jimma. My laptop broke 7 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Jimma.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.

Hang in there. This could happen to any of us. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings.
Wishing you the best, Yared. Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. My colleague had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. All the best!
Rooting for you, Yared. Your post was clear and honest. I went through something like this 9 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Mumbai
Thinking of you, Yared. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Blessings
