Laptop needed for coursework: Everett, Glasgow
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Everett and a full online workload.

I'm Everett, a law student in Glasgow. My laptop broke 7 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Glasgow.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

thanks for sharing this, Everett. It takes guts to ask. Well done. All the best.
You're not alone. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn.
rooting for you. Study hard!
Sending good thoughts. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Sent it to 32 people at work.
