Laptop needed for coursework: Dante, Montréal
Do you have a laptop collecting dust? Dante needs one for online coursework.

I'm Dante, a social work student in Montréal. My laptop broke 3 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Montréal.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thank you for reading my story.

You're not alone. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. I went through something like this 12 years ago and strangers helped me out. Take care.
Thanks for sharing this, Dante. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this, Dante. Shared this with my family. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
take care. This could happen to any of us. Don't give up. God bless
sending love, Dante. Hope you get there. God bless.
