Laptop needed for coursework: Bola, Kano
A modest, working laptop is all that stands between Bola and a full online workload.

I'm Bola, a law student in Kano. My laptop broke 2 months ago and I've since been writing assignments and sitting online exams on my phone - it's slow, my work gets lost, and I'm falling behind.
I'm looking for a used laptop with at least 8GB of RAM and a working battery, or any laptop that can run a browser and word processor reliably. I can cover shipping if you can send it, or collect in Kano.
I'll take great care of it and be sure to share how my studies go. If you want to upgrade your own and have an old one in a drawer, you could make a big difference.
Thanks for being kind about this.

Sending love, Bola. It takes guts to ask. Well done. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. Thinking of Kano!
You're not alone, Bola. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. My husband and I read this together. Greetings from Olinda.
Thinking of you and your family. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn.
Best of luck, Bola. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did.
