Lakshmi needs a lift to the Colombo Kidney Centre - can you help one day a week?
A rota of drivers to the Colombo Kidney Centre would keep Lakshmi on treatment. Even one trip a week helps.

Lakshmi has been on dialysis for 4 years and until recently drove to the Colombo Kidney Centre alone. After surgery on their hand, Lakshmi can no longer drive. Taxis cost more than the family can pay three times a week.
We're building a rota of volunteer drivers. Each session is 3 hours, including the trip there and back; most volunteers take one regular day. The journey is about 21 km each way.
Lakshmi is cheerful company. You'd need a car in good condition and a clean driving record. We'll cover your fuel costs, and the family will send you home with homemade food.
