I'm launching a craft brewery in Nizamabad next September. I have saved the start-up funds myself, but I have never run a business before. I've questions about pricing, suppliers, simple bookkeeping, hiring and - frankly - how not to burn out.
I'm looking for a mentor with real small-business experience, ideally in a craft brewery, willing to have a monthly call for the first six months. I'll bring a list of questions and my numbers.
If you have a few hours a month, and enjoy helping someone avoid the mistakes you made, I'd really appreciate it.
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Thinking of you. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in farming myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Greetings from San Francisco.
I hope things turn around soon. Wish I lived closer to Biratnagar so I could bring a meal
