Kingsley needs a safe place to stay for 3 months
Hosting Kingsley would give a hardworking a retail supervisor the stability to find a new place.

After being laid off and unable to cover rent, I'm temporarily without a home. I work as a retail supervisor in Badagry and I have a steady income, but I can't find a place that will let me in without the first month, a deposit and references that I'm in the middle of replacing.
I'm looking for a spare room for 3 months. I can pay $40 a month toward bills, I'm tidy and quiet, and I'd be happy to help with cooking, shopping or yard work. I have no pets, I don't smoke, and I have three personal and work references.
I understand that inviting a stranger into your home is a big step. I'd be glad to meet in a public place first and to share my work details.
Glad we found this place.

So sorry you're going through this. It takes guts to ask. Well done. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry. Greetings from Badagry.
Keep going, Kingsley. It takes guts to ask. Well done. My neighbor in Mwanza donated after I showed her your page.
Wishing you peace, Kingsley. Shared it with a few friends. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Blessings
Hope it all works out, Kingsley. Your post was clear and honest. After 7 years in accounting I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Take care.
Hang in there. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Love from Ikeja!
